ALL-ALUMINUM SINGLE-PIECE DESIGN

Built from single-piece 5-series aluminum, this rack is both lightweight and incredibly durable, with no exposed bolts. Each full-length side support weighs only 17 lbs, making it easy to handle while ensuring maximum support. Installation is a breeze, taking less than 15 minutes with just one person. 

ROOFTOP TENT READY

With a total length of 86 inches and a width of 54.5 inches, the system is compatible with most hardshell rooftop tents, providing a secure and stable base for your camping setup. 

EASY ACCESS MODE

Designed for convenience, the MARS EXPEDITION™ RACK SYSTEM allows full access to your truck bed without any obstructions, so you can easily load and unload your gear. When camping, you can effortlessly access your rooftop tent using a ladder—or even better, directly via the tonneau cover.

**According to Tesla’s user manual and public information, the maximum load on roof racks is 220 lbs per 2-crossbar set. The full expedition rack utilizes 3 pairs of mounting points. While Tesla didn’t specify whether this 220 lbs limitation is dynamic or static, given the capabilities of the vehicle, we want to believe the 220 lbs capacity is dynamic. With 3 pairs of mounting points, we believe the dynamic load rating is 330 lbs and static load rating should be ~3 times of dynamic rating. For reference, the Rivian R1S has a dynamic load limit of 250 lbs and a static load limit of 790 lbs. Our rack system is rated for dynamic load of up to 350 lbs and static load up to 700 lbs (full system).
